* remove code duplication in ./config/nimdoc.cfg; show link to compiler docs, various fixes
* walkDirRecFilter, factor nativeToUnixPath workaround
* glob for getRst2html
* docslocal: 40s to build all docs
* revert code dedup in github actions which did not work alas...
* fixups
