``AsyncResponse``. ``AsyncResponse``'s ``body`` accessor returns a
``Future[string]``!
- ``httpclient.request`` now respects ``maxRedirects`` option. Previously
redirects were handled only by ``get`` and ``post`` procs.
- The IO routines now raise ``EOFError`` for the "end of file" condition.
