Originally a github fork of the llvm-py repository from http://www.mdevan.org/llvm-py/index.html updated to work with LLVM 3.x. Since then it has changed significantly with multiple sub-projects.

llvm-py: Python Bindings for LLVM

llvm-py provides Python bindings for LLVM.

Versions:

This package will work only with LLVM 2.4 release version. If you need
llvm-py for LLVM 2.3, use the 0.4 version of llvm-py.
Quickstart:
-----------
1. Get 2.4 version of LLVM, build it. Make sure '--enable-pic' is passed to
LLVM's 'configure'.
2. Unpack llvm-py, build and install:
$ tar jxvf llvm-py-0.5.tar.bz2
$ cd llvm-py-0.5
# Locate llvm-config, usually under <llvm>/Release/bin
$ sudo python setup.py install --llvm-config=/path/to/llvm-config
3. See examples under 'test' directory.
