feat: add benchmarking, auth, and utility modules

CLI benchmark command, threshold auto-tuning, OAuth PKCE auth
(same flow as Claude Code), cost tracking, telemetry, and replay.

Ultraworked with [Sisyphus](https://github.com/code-yeongyu/oh-my-opencode)
