a6cec6fe80 Update import in if_else_while.md example 
This example doesn't compile with nim-0.15. Importing *random* instead of *math* made the trick for me.

91d57e4e77 Mention other possibilities to introduce blocks 
The original text only mentions the block statement and parentheses. But many other statements can use blocks, e.g. if, for, while.
