Merge branch 'java-director-leak'

* java-director-leak:
  Cosmetic tidyup in SWIG_JAVA_DETACH_ON_THREAD_END code
  Java: Move auxiliary methods into JObjectWrapper.
  Java: Option to detach from the JVM in the thread destructor.
