warning messages of the form:

warning: invalid conversion from `
   scm_unused_struct*(*)()' to `scm_unused_struct*(*)(...)'

I've messed around with it and haven't been able silence the warning from any combination of macros, casts,
helper functions, compiler flags, linkage directives, or other tricks.  Possible gcc-3.3 bug????
