Fixed a subtle problem with virtual method implementation
checking and typedef.
typedef int *intptr;
struct A {
virtual int *foo() = 0;
};
struct B : public A {
virtual intptr foo() { };
};
SWIG was treating these declarations as different even though
they are the same (via typedef).
