Fixed a small glitch in typemap local variable replacement. If you had
a typemap like this:
%typemap(in) type ($1_type temp) {
...
temp = ...;
...
}
and no occurrence of "$1_type" appeared in the body, then the local
variable type wouldn't be substituted.
