+            Fixed a small glitch in typemap local variable replacement.  If you had
+            a typemap like this:

+                      temp = ...;
+                      ...
+                 }

+            and no occurrence of "$1_type" appeared in the body, then the local
+            variable type wouldn't be substituted.
