fixed several test cases
added long long support changed typemaps to use SWIG_ConvertPtr rather than SWIG_MustGetPointer started spliting lua.swg into smaller parts to make it neater git-svn-id: https://swig.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/swig/trunk@9450 626c5289-ae23-0410-ae9c-e8d60b6d4f22
