Add Node 7.x aka V8 5.2+ support

* Use WeakCallbackInfo instead of WeakCallbackData
* Use GetPrivate instead of GetHiddenValue
* Adopted new signature for SetWeak to support destructor calling
* SetAccessor deprecation fixed
* Proper version checks where applicable
