db9659c286 Implemented most of non-ignored doxygen commands translating for java, fixed testcase. The output is not really nice right now, but almost all the commands mentioned in the project plan work ok

4ce9f2361c Added support for parsing of missing doxygen commands. Now parser produces correct parse tree for every doxygen tag, at least for those included in the testcase. Also added the test with all the tags, even those that will be ignored later.

f4ebc3068d Add runtime C++ test for enums. 
What does not (entirely) work:
- 'extern "C"' enum declaration
- 'typedef enum {...} play_state'
- C++ class enums value definition in proxy

15d5d89b2f scilab: Make the build process non-interactive. 
When Scilab encounters an error in builder.sce, it leaves the user with
an interactive scilab-cli shell. This is undesirable when executing test
cases.

This patch makes Scilab exit with an error code instead.

fcb46fe2fa [PHP] Fix the constant typemaps for SWIGTYPE, etc - previously 
these used the wrong name for renamed constants.  Add
autodoc_runme.php to the testsuite as a regression test for this.
