3d8ddfc442 Merged the Python 3.0 support branch. The merging progress is not so smooth, so hope this commit won't make anything broken.

898e5f7f3d [Python] Fix lack of generation of docstrings when -O is used. 
Also, fix generation of docstrings containing a double quote

2bde7c2c3b map iterators now use the native PySwigIterator, which is very very good for large maps, since no more temporals key/value tuples are needed
