8e19947acc Mark configure.in as svn:eol-style LF so it will have Unix line endings even 
on Windows, and remove the suggestion to use dos2unix on configure.in for
mingw as it will no longer be required.

8a17d9dcfa Back out valueparm attribute in the csvarin typemap. Add example usage of temporary variables in the csvarin typemap into docs. Modify CDate C# example. Add in special variable expansion in the csvarin typemap.

c3ec8fdce3 [lua] Fix a bug in SWIG_ALLOC_ARRAY() 
improved the error messages for incorrect arguments.
Changed the output of swig_type() to use the human readable form of the type, rather than the raw swig type.

315bd2da6e Added new iterator changes to std. 
This change does not break backwards compatability
with python, so all works.
The python stuff, however, will still not do all
that ruby can now do.
Updated manual to reflect the change and improve
typemap documentation on the ruby side.

Fixed problems with insert() and unshift() functions in std::vector for ruby.
