9352654318 New typemaps: javadestruct_base and javadestruct_derived 
for the C++ destructor wrapper. The _base version gets used by
classes at the top of an inheritance chain and the _derived
version gets used by other classes.

6643be30bc Fix so that enum typemaps are used when wrapping an enum declaration. 
[Enum typemaps still not 100% as 'enum' must always be declared with the type for the typemap.]
