Whitespace cleanup of all Makefiles*
...
- some of the %.clean rules in the test-suite Makefiles were using a single tab
as an empty rule, dangerous! I've replaced these with the safer '@exit 0'.

SF patch #3394339 from Torsten Landschoff - new option -nomoduleglobal to disable installing the module table into the global namespace. Require call also returns the module table instead of a string

Basically just style cleanup, "fi;" or "fi; \" -> "fi".
