cc52ebad47 Fix handle of constant expressions containing character literals (e.g. 'x'). 
Fixes bug #1474463.

Fix type of result of << and >> to match C rules (the type depends only on
the left argument).

f0d1d772fa - explicitcall feature removed. 
- Instead of using the swig_up flag in each director method (Python, Ruby, Ocaml) to indicate
whether the explicit C++ call to the appropriate base class method or a normal
polymorphic C++ call should be made, the new approach makes one of these calls
directly from the wrapper method.
- Java/C# recursive director method calls fixed (no need for explicitcall feature to solve this now)

0409138721 Remove protected method wrapper (directors) which was being generated when there was no corresponding method in the C++ class. It seemed to be adding in proxy director methods to derived classes if the base class had a protected virtual method. There is no reason to have the extra method (it doesn't happen with public methods) and is the wrong place to add extra methods in any case - should be done in one of the earlier parse stages.

d5f8b761fd Give copy constructor parameter a more appropriate name. Also there is no need to mangle it, the name appears in the proxy classes in java/c#, so better that it is nicely named.

a05ba722d7 add %delobject, which is the equivalent of %newobject but for functions that delete an element. This allows to properly disown the argument, as the %newobject directive allows to 'own' the object

55005e98ee Move rename/namewarn engine from parser.y to naming.c. The code was getting 
too large to be in the parser.

Centralize the swig keys to avoid replication and wrong spellings.

Use more HashGetAttr where possible and other speed improvements
to compensate for the extra work introduced by the new rename/namewarn
mechanism.

a275bbd30f add the 'naturalvar' option/mode/feature, to allow member variables to be treated in a natural way, as the global ones. This mean use the const SWIGTYPE &(C++)/SWIGTYPE(C) typemaps instead of the plain SWIGTYPE * typemap for the set/get methods.
