Charlie Savage	6c8dd53ee8	Reimplementation of tracking objects in Ruby. Instead of passing the $track flag to the methods SWIG_Ruby_ConvertPtrAndOwn and SWIG_Ruby_NewPointerObj, now tracking information is held on swig_class.
