(SWIG_Guile_RegisterTypes): New func decl.
(SWIG_Guile_Init, SWIG_Guile_GetPtr_Str): No longer declare.
(SWIG_Guile_GetPtr, SWIG_Guile_MakePtr): Take `_swig_type_info'
instead of obsolete `SwigPtrType'.
