64843143f1 The default out typemap for char[ANY] now returns up to a zero byte, or the end 
of the array if there is no zero byte.  This is the same as Python does, and seems
more generally useful than the previous behaviour of returning the whole
contents of the array including any zero bytes.

03e840f3ec changed the mapped 'SIZE' of buffer interface from the length of raw buffer to number of items in the buffer. So it would be easier to use with type other than 'char'

93f0390322 UTL - Fix some incorrect acceptance of types in the STL, eg a double * element passed into a vector<int *> constructor would be accepted, but the ensuing behaviour was undefined. Now the type conversion correctly raises an exception
