e4d0541300 (parse-swigtype): Handle varargs. 
When generating arg lists, avoid globally bound names.

Handle `extern "C"' nodes.

Add experimental code to link to SWIG itself.

b6bf9d6036 More orthodox way of building the Swig module. I'm working on making 
modules easier to link together by isolating the common types and functions
in a module that they all open.
