fd0a47fee8 [guile] Update supported guile versions in docs 
Document that Guile 2.2.x and 3.0.x work.

Document that Guile 1.8.x is believed to still work, but that we're
no longer able to easily test this.

3763beb489 Replace tabs with spaces in html docs 
wkhtmltopdf is not expanding tabs within <pre> elements to 8 spaces as it
should. Workaround the problem by converting all tabs to an appropriate
number of spaces.

70b9df5ee9 Portable dynamic library loading for Guile 
dynamic-link and load-extension work without passing the .so or .dll as
the shared library extension, so these have been dropped so the examples
and test-suite work on Cygwin.

Also update documentation and use the 'lib' prefix as that is what we
commonly name the shared libraries.

469022d311 Disable guile 2's autocompilation feature for the test suite 
Autocompilation generates a lot of warnings. Most of them
just informational, but it clutters the test output.

b819d2a91e Drop guilegh interface 
All of guile's interface files now use the scm interface.
This should not affect any users. Swig generated code
using the scm interface can be mixed with gh interface
using user code.
It does simplify maintenance of the guile swig code though.

4098a01b68 Huge update to the Allegrocl module. Better C support. C++ support 
added. Documentation! Makes use of typemaps for better interface
tuning. Improved type support. Wrapping of foreign pointers in
CLOS objects; hopefully a step toward being able to extend C++
classes from Lisp.
