Allow defining FAILING_{C,CPP,MULTI_CPP}_TESTS variables to exclude some tests
from the unit tests suite. This is useful to disable tests failing for some
language only.

Add Java test for checking expected base and interfaces are generated (to be expanded further)
In the example, E was previously implementing IA, IB, IC. Now it doesn't implement any.
C# virtual/override still to be fixed for this test case
It is possible that the module we're wrapping defines an Exception
class. This will confuse code that uses an unqualified "Exception"
class (e.g. "try: ... except Exception") since it now won't match
the Python builtin Exception. Fix this by explicitly using
the class from the __builtin__ module ("builtins" in Python 3).
Hack to use the std::array support for boost::array.
Is limited as it currently exposes some 'using' bugs in SWIG.
For example, the type system fails to see that pointers to std::array
and pointers to boost::array are the same.
This approach saves having to maintain separate boost::array support.
The 'using' bug ought to be fixed, otherwise separate boost_array.i
files could be easily made from the std_array.i files.
These work much like any of the other STL containers except Python slicing
is somewhat limited because the array is a fixed size. Only slices of
the full size are supported.
Prototype for Java test-suite and Java class example.
SWIG_LIB_DIR and SWIGEXE must now instead be set by all Makefiles.
SWIG_LIB is explicitly set where necessary.
Allows use of 'make SWIGTOOL="gdb --args"' to work as gdb can't be used
to debug a shell script, for both examples and test-suite.
See issue #473.
Since Lua 5.3 the "%c" format character in lua_pushfstring will produce
the string "<\XXX>" (XXX being a decimal code sequence) when
given unprintable characters.
Use lua_pushlstring instead to reproduce the old behavior.
Fix handling of conversion operators where the operator is split over multiple lines or
has comments within the operator type.
Also fix similar problem with normal operators which gave a syntax error if split over
multiple lines or had a comment within the operator declaration.
Closes#401
Test case is slightly modified from the test case in issue #250
Use of constant objects does not seem to work in Python - the type is
SwigPyObject instead of constant_directive.Type1.
Templated constructors were incorrectly ignored because SWIG thought they were
methods without a return type.
