These were useless as they just produced a setter that gave a runtime error.
Exposes some missing varin SWIGTYPE[ANY] typemaps - they show up in the test-suite.

identifiers.

conforms with chicken "egg" standard. Got rid of ##csi#run for
relinking the Scheme interpreter as no longer needed. Changed all
documentation to reflect both changes.
