9fd354cf16 No need to handle vc++ differently for stdint.h. 
It basically doesn't come with it, so these typemaps can never expect to work, but a later version will hopefully ship this header and there are versions available on the internet.

723d385e36 Added support for Ruby bang methods. Bang methods end in exclamation points and indicate that the object being worked on will be modified in-place as opposed to being copied.
