3055a21505 Errors test-suite overhaul 
Use makefiles instead of a make.sh script
Expected results are in individual .stderr files instead of the expected.log file

8d304ae602 Escape < and > in HTML since unescaped instances confuse htmldoc and cause it 
to mangle the "one HTML page" version of the manual.
