75f1af27a5 Improvements to ruby's autodocumentation. 
GC.start was failing when ruby was run without verbose warnings.  Fixed.

1b349d4749 Fixed a bug with argout values being incorrectly 
returned when the first argout/returned element
was an array.

Made std::pair and container returned elements be
frozen (like tuples in python).

Added the std_containers.i test from python and
created a ruby runme file for it.

806d9040c5 Updated CHANGES.current. 
Fixed problems with insert() and unshift() functions in std::vector for ruby.
Updated Ruby documentation.
Improved swig_assert.rb.
Added "second" singleton to std_pair in ruby.
Modified two tests to follow the new STL stuff.

4b8d11d0e2 Fixed ruby's newobject1 and newobject2 demos. 
Added swig_assert.rb and started using it in some tests.
Added my patches to ruby.cxx, rubyrun.swg, rubystrings.swg

f0d1d772fa - explicitcall feature removed. 
- Instead of using the swig_up flag in each director method (Python, Ruby, Ocaml) to indicate
whether the explicit C++ call to the appropriate base class method or a normal
polymorphic C++ call should be made, the new approach makes one of these calls
directly from the wrapper method.
- Java/C# recursive director method calls fixed (no need for explicitcall feature to solve this now)

924a56a1aa Added support for Ruby bang methods. Bang methods end in exclamation points and indicate that the object being worked on will be modified in-place as opposed to being copied.

ee63d5276c Updated Ruby Exception handling. Classes that are specified in throws clauses, or are marked as %exceptionclass, are now inherited from rb_eRuntimeError. This allows instances of these classes to be returned to Ruby as exceptions. Thus if a C++ method throws an instance of MyException, the calling Ruby method will get back a MyException object. To see an example, look at ruby/examples/exception_class.

8c2edd7aa0 SWIG_RubyAddTracking and SWIG_RubyRemoveTracking were not being correctly generated since they were looking for featue:trackobjects on the constructor/destructor nodes as opposed to the class node.

6c8dd53ee8 Reimplementation of tracking objects in Ruby. Instead of passing the $track flag to 
the methods SWIG_Ruby_ConvertPtrAndOwn and SWIG_Ruby_NewPointerObj,
now tracking information is held on swig_class.  This change reduces
significantly reduces the amount of code needed in ruby.cxx, is more robust, and is
more cohesive.
