4308dd03cf SWIG license change - The Examples and Lib move to a very permissive license in the LICENSE file, removing the BSD license restrictions as agreed by committers since it was inadvertently introduced. Remove some examples where the impact of the license change is not clear.

51662d55f3 Fix #1238798 - Directors using unsigned long long or any other type 
marshalled across the JNI boundary using a Java class (where the jni typemap
contains jobject).
Fix variable name clash in unsigned long long directorin typemap

25aff229ab Remove void * cast which was suppressing gcc's strict aliasing warning display. Note g++ 4.0 still does not display the warning even though with -O2 the resulting code fails due to aliasing optimisations.

9cfc9129fd new typemap: javaconstruct. This typemap contains the code that goes into the proxy constructor. 
The javaconstruct_director typemap is used instead when directors are enabled.

8a7d12435e Support for %javaconstvalue added (better compile time constants) 
Support for %feature("except", throws="ExceptionClass") so that any Java exception classes thrown from JNI code can be added to the throws list - handled in the same way as the 'throws' attribute in typemaps -
macros added for this - %javaexception and %nojavaexception
