d62e0c9800 Fixed casting problem with references to arrays in gcc-3.3 (and maybe other versions). 
I'm not sure if this is a gcc bug or a SWIG bug.  However, the patch makes the
arrayref.i test work on my machine.

455500b25d Changed enum handling to try and fix C++ enum handling bugs. 
Any enum type is now explicitly reduced to an 'int' by SwigType_lstr() and
SwigType_ltype().

Also made a few modifications to the handling of 'const' keywords which
reduces the amount of casting.

465ee17792 Fixed large file assertion problem. Not really a problem with large files, but rather an 
extraneous Delete in the code to emit type-tables that didn't cause a problem except
in interfaces that had lots of types (and classes).

0d5ed7dff5 Completely new type implementation. Almost everything broken. Typemaps sort of work. Tcl is the only working language module. More changes to follow over the next few days.

87cf7e1732 Cleaned up code to convert to/from the string representation; improved 
string representation sufficiently that it now represents cleanly
everything that the DOH object representation can.  Comparison on DOH type
objects now tests only for complete equivalence of form, and should match
string comparison of string representations.
