de78b80de9 Renames performed by %namewarn with rename= are printed in warning message 
This is necessary for regex-like renames (where you can't use the #define trick
as is done in many of the %keywordwarn directives). It's now unnecessary to print
the "renaming to '`x`'" code explicitly by the kw.swg files.

9c323f4a70 Add R keyword support. Rename keywords for successful compilation of Java and C# code. More consistent keyword warnings across the different languages.

806d9040c5 Updated CHANGES.current. 
Fixed problems with insert() and unshift() functions in std::vector for ruby.
Updated Ruby documentation.
Improved swig_assert.rb.
Added "second" singleton to std_pair in ruby.
Modified two tests to follow the new STL stuff.

7b8f415319 - Uniform the definition of the keyword warnings through 
the supported languages.

- Added keyword list for most of the languages that didn't
  have one.

- "All keywords" warning support, through the -DSWIG_ALLKW
  option.
