a33274543f all test cases are now run through a wrapper script which traps 
STDOUT/STDERR, and echos the output only on a test failure. This
supports the usage of Test::More or Test::Harness without breaking the
existing test suite behavior.

Bugs 909389, 962115, and 899332.
These bugs all have fixes in the patch system.
Patches 903150, 914926, and 962168.

d3d9210bd0 Replace ; with && where appropriate. This fixes the makefiles so that Make correctly errors out rather than blindly carrying on when some error occurs.
