Generated SwigDirector_* classes were attempting to override
methods marked as final.
In addition, give a warning if the destructor of a director class is
final.
Closes#564.
Previously, only Python tried to preserve the original parameter name
(by prepending or appending an underscore to it, but otherwise keeping
the original name) if it conflicted with one of the language keywords,
while all the other languages replaced the parameter name with a
meaningless "argN" in this case.
Now do this for all languages as this results in more readable generated
code and there doesn't seem to be any reason to restrict this to Python
only.
This is the Doxygen work begun in Google Summer of Code projects 2008

Previous commit turned on the generation of an extra extend function
wrapper of a member template function when %template was inside a %extend
block instead of calling the real member template - reversed this side
effect.
The way Python docstrings are indented has changed on master, so use the
standard inspect module in Python autodoc unit test to ignore the differences
in their indentation level between -builtin and non-builtin cases to make the
test still pass with the branch version, which avoids the use of different
(but almost identical) values in the test itself.
