Vadim Zeitlin 07e7086b39 Generate wrapper function name in a single place 
Rename getGlobalWrapperName() to getFunctionWrapperName() and make it
work for all functions, not just global ones.

This means that we can test whether the function is global or not in a
single place instead of doing it in two different ones.

SWIG Source directory

 Source/DOH          -  A core set of basic datatypes including
                        strings, lists, hashes, and files.  Used
                        extensively by the rest of SWIG.

 Source/Swig         -  Swig core. Type-system, utility functions.

 Source/Preprocessor -  SWIG C Preprocessor

 Source/CParse       -  SWIG C Parser (still messy)

 Source/Modules      -  Language modules.

 Source/Include      -  Include files.
