Vadim Zeitlin 30bbb6ae1c Slightly simplify code in enumDeclaration() 
Don't bother with maybe_owned_dohptr, we can just use tdname directly at
the cost of a single "if" at the end, so do it like this as it's more
clear and shorter.

SWIG Source directory

 Source/DOH          -  A core set of basic datatypes including
                        strings, lists, hashes, and files.  Used
                        extensively by the rest of SWIG.

 Source/Swig         -  Swig core. Type-system, utility functions.

 Source/Preprocessor -  SWIG C Preprocessor

 Source/CParse       -  SWIG C Parser (still messy)

 Source/Modules      -  Language modules.

 Source/Include      -  Include files.
