Stefan Zager 3a86f2068f Added support for multiple inheritance. Not as hard as I feared. 
Apply operator features to both the operator name, and the renamed
"__*__" method.  That's the only way to hit all corners.

Added support for %pythonnondynamic.  I believe this implementation
is more correct than the existing implementation, but I'm still
waiting for an adjudication on the behavior of the python_nondynamic
test.

Current list of unsupported features that require minor tweaks
to the test suite:

- 'this' member variable is obsolete.

- No support for reversible operator overloads (e.g., __radd__).  You
can still support this:

a = MyString("foo")
b = "bar"
c = a + b

... but you can't do this:

a = "foo"
b = MyString("bar")
c = a + b

With the tweaks, the test suite now fails on python_nondynamic.

CParse Move Swig_locator from scanner.c to cscanner.c. Fix file and line error/warning reporting fixes where SWIG macros are used within {} braces (where the preprocessor expands macros), for example macros within %inline {...} and %fragment(...) {...} and nested structs. SWIG Source directory

 Source/DOH          -  A core set of basic datatypes including
                        strings, lists, hashes, and files.  Used
                        extensively by the rest of SWIG.

 Source/Swig         -  Swig core. Type-system, utility functions.

 Source/Preprocessor -  SWIG C Preprocessor

 Source/CParse       -  SWIG C Parser (still messy)

 Source/Modules      -  Language modules.

 Source/Include      -  Include files.

Historic directories which may be in CVS, but have been removed:

 Source/Modules1.1   -  Old SWIG-1.1 modules. Empty.

 Source/LParse       -  Experimental parser.  Officially dead
                        as CParse is more capable.

 Source/SWIG1.1      -  Old SWIG1.1 core. Completely empty now.
