cscanner.c	Move Swig_locator from scanner.c to cscanner.c. Fix file and line error/warning reporting fixes where SWIG macros are used within {} braces (where the preprocessor expands macros), for example macros within %inline {...} and %fragment(...) {...} and nested structs.
