William S Fulton db83e51441 modify test-suite (barring python atm) to not rely on the -I path to find the input .i file - removes the new warning 125 and sets up the test-suite for testing with ccache. This example illustrates Ruby shadow classes. Take a look at
the file GIFPlot/Interface/gifplot.i

Actually Ruby module of SWIG needs no shadow class.  But this example
is named "shadow" in order to be consistent with other languages.
