Vadim Zeitlin b0c9991164 Separate forward declarations and implementations of C++ wrappers 
This allows the generated code to compile when different classes depend
on each other, as the class must be forward-declared to be mentioned at
all (as either parameter or return type) and fully defined in order to
be used in either role, as we need to use its ctor or call swig_self()
on it.

SWIG Source directory

 Source/DOH          -  A core set of basic datatypes including
                        strings, lists, hashes, and files.  Used
                        extensively by the rest of SWIG.

 Source/Swig         -  Swig core. Type-system, utility functions.

 Source/Preprocessor -  SWIG C Preprocessor

 Source/CParse       -  SWIG C Parser (still messy)

 Source/Modules      -  Language modules.

 Source/Include      -  Include files.
