pre-processor macros. These identifiers are now enum values defined in guile.h. (GUILE::initialize): Remove old-style cruft, no functional change. (GUILE::emit_linkage): Now a member of class `GUILE'. Handle `GUILE_LSTYLE_SIMPLE'.
