Vadim Zeitlin f7f59f4648 Rename module_prefix to just module_name 
It is used as a prefix, but it's really just the name of the module, so
the new name is less confusing.

There also doesn't seem to be any need to copy/delete it, just keep a
pointer, it's not going to change.

No real changes.

SWIG Source directory

 Source/DOH          -  A core set of basic datatypes including
                        strings, lists, hashes, and files.  Used
                        extensively by the rest of SWIG.

 Source/Swig         -  Swig core. Type-system, utility functions.

 Source/Preprocessor -  SWIG C Preprocessor

 Source/CParse       -  SWIG C Parser (still messy)

 Source/Modules      -  Language modules.

 Source/Include      -  Include files.
