Fixes a number of SEGVs primarily in the handling of various anonymous types. Found in a pass through the swig test-suite. Still more to do here, but this is a good checkpoint. Adds -cwrap and -nocwrap as an allegrocl specific command-line argument. Controls generating of a C wrapper file when wrapping C code. By default only a lisp file is created for C code wrapping.
