refactor: Deprecate Subflow and Flow as Tool component in favor of RunFlow (#5678)

* depreciated subflow and flow as tool

* 🐛 (filterSidebar.spec.ts): update test cases to reflect changes in sidebar item names by adding [Deprecated] suffix
