Since Lua 5.3 the "%c" format character in lua_pushfstring will produce
the string "<\XXX>" (XXX being a decimal code sequence) when
given unprintable characters.
Use lua_pushlstring instead to reproduce the old behavior.
Fix handling of conversion operators where the operator is split over multiple lines or
has comments within the operator type.
Also fix similar problem with normal operators which gave a syntax error if split over
multiple lines or had a comment within the operator declaration.

Test case is slightly modified from the test case in issue #250
Use of constant objects does not seem to work in Python - the type is
SwigPyObject instead of constant_directive.Type1.
Templated constructors were incorrectly ignored because SWIG thought they were
methods without a return type.
Regression introduced in swig-3.0.0

Rename from javascript_unicode to simple_string and provide for all
languages.

or otherwise partialcheck is a good alternative.
C#/Java - Enums which have been ignored via %ignore and are subsequently
used are handled slightly differently. Type wrapper classes are now generated
which are effectively a wrapper of an empty enum. Previously in Java uncompilable
code was generated and in C# an int was used.
For D, this fixes a segfault in SWIG.
Java, C#, D, Go now produce code that compiles, although the definition of the
enum is needed in order to use the enum properly from the target language.
Fixes problem with method overloading when some methods are added by %extend
and others are real methods and using template default parameters with smart pointers.
This is noticeable as a regression since 2.0.12 when using the default smart pointer
handling for some languages when the smart pointer wraps std::map and other STL containers.
